Vina runs an event management business, handling everything from client bookings to on-ground execution. Every time a client needed a quotation, it was written out by hand. Once a bill was created, there was no digital trace of it. Finding an old bill meant digging through stacks of paper, and clients sometimes waited longer to pay simply because a copy couldn't be located when they needed it.
